Supporting Nai's House: A Local Community Initiative to Help Our Youth
At HeadFirst Hypnotherapy and the Heyford Park Business Network, we are deeply committed to supporting our local community in Bicester.
This commitment is why we’re excited to back an incredible initiative led by one of our members, Suzie Foster, The Skincare Specialist to benefit Nai’s House.
Suzie’s project is making a real difference, and we’re proud to sponsor two of the Self Soothe boxes she’s creating. One from Headfirst Hypnotherapy and one from Heyford Park Business Network.
We are also proud to say that other Heyford Park Business Network members have donated - Digital Accounting, Clear the Chaos, Franklin Hammond, The Business Strategy Co ……. to name a few....
The power of networking and community!!! ♥️
Here’s more about what Suzie is doing and the crucial role Nai’s House plays in our community.
Suzie Foster’s Big Summer Charity Initiative to Support Young People's mental health in Bicester and Oxfordshire
Suzie Foster, a local skincare specialist based in Bicester, is launching her BIG summer charity initiative for the third time, focusing this year on Nai’s House.
Nai’s House is a local charity dedicated to reducing suicide, self-harm, and poor emotional and mental wellbeing among young people under 30 in and around Bicester, Oxfordshire.
They provide suicide prevention and holistic mental health support, equipping young people with life-saving skills and strategies that can significantly improve their quality of life.
One of the ways Nai’s House supports young people is through Self Soothe boxes, which contain self-care items designed to help with grounding techniques and emotional regulation.
Recognising the urgent need for these resources—evidenced by the waiting list of young people in crisis—Suzie is calling on local businesses to sponsor these boxes.
Her initiative encourages businesses to either sponsor a box individually or team up with others to provide this vital support.
